Welcome to Q&A
We hope this Q & A may help you with your purchase or knowing some things about ink cartridges and toner cartridges you use.

How do you know the ink cartridge is needed to replace?
The sign that ink cartridges may be nearing replacement is a loss of print quality. Especially, if the print quality has not improved significantly after you ran a cleaning cycle. Or you note the LED or screen indicates for ink cartridge replacement is on if it is available on your printer.
What is the difference between manufacturer and seller refurbish?
The manufacturer refurbishment of ink cartridges usually means that the refurbishment was done by the original ink cartridge manufacturers. And the seller refurbishment of ink cartridges means that the refurbishment was done by non-original manufacturers. Actually, the biggest difference between manufacturer refurbished and seller refurbished ink cartridges is the price. On the other hand, seller refurbished ink cartridges are not eligible to use the original brands, but they are compatible.
What is the difference between Ink and Toner cartridges?
The main difference between toner and ink is in the type of material used to print. Ink cartridges contain liquid ink and are used in inkjet printers. Toner cartridges contain toner, or powder, and are used in laser printers.
What are the compatible Ink or Toner Cartridges?
Actually, the “compatible cartridges” are relative to the original “brand cartridges”. These compatible printer cartridges are built by a third-party manufacturer rather than the original brand manufacturer of the printer to provide consumers with good-quality but more cost-effective cartridges than brand ink and toner cartridges.
Why my compatible Ink or Toner Cartridges are not recognized by my printer?
Some brand printers, especially with upgraded firmware, may not recognize compatible cartridges immediately. In that case, you can try these steps to make your printer recognize your compatible cartridges. 1) Keep your printer power on; 2) Take the unrecognized ink cartridge out; 3) Install the ink cartridge back again; 4) Check the recognition status after one or more minutes; If it still does not work after a couple of times trying from step 1) to 3), you may contact your retailer for help.
